Anthony Vocaturo, D.D.S., AAACD, FACE, FAGD, FIADFE, currently practices cosmetic and restorative dentistry at NJ Smile Center in Colts Neck, New Jersey. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He then proceeded to obtain his dental degree in 1992 from the New York University, College of Dentistry, where he is now an affiliated clinician and speaker of the University. Today, Dr. Vocaturo prides himself as one of the very select few worldwide to hold 5 accredited/certified recognition in the field of cosmetic and family dentistry.
Dr. Vocaturo has been recognized as a top NJ cosmetic dentist, as well as, chosen as one of the top dentists in the United States consecutively, throughout his entire dental career. As a healthcare professional and esteemed member of the dental community, Dr. Vocaturo finds it imperative to maintain memberships affiliated with his professional organizations. Some of these memberships include, but are not limited to: the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the American Society of Dental Aesthetics, to name a few. He has gone above and beyond just sole membership status, in that; he has also co-founded the Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and Esthetic Dentistry, as well as, the Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics. His work and support in the dental community has not gone unrecognized, as he has also been awarded multiple fellowships/accreditations/certifications throughout the years. A few of these awards include the Accredited Member, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Fellowship in: the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Society of Dental Aesthetics, the Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics and the International Academy of Dental and Facial Esthetics. Undoubtedly accredited in his field, it is not a surprise that Dr. Vocaturo is also the most sought out dentist by the Miss Teen USA, Miss USA and Miss Universe Pageant team. He has treated numerous contestants throughout the world, being the name behind those radiant stage ready smiles.
As the vast world of science and dentistry continues to grow, Dr. Vocaturo finds it imperative to keep up to date with the latest advancements in his field. Thus, surpassing the minimum requirements of continuing education courses yearly, to provide only the best individualized care for his patients. Along with attending multiple seminars, he himself, also presents numerous lectures across the nation. As founder and president of GAMA seminars and consulting, he speaks internationally on cosmetic dentistry and diagnostic treatment alike. His international networking has granted him opportunities to consult with all of the major dental companies in the world. These affiliations with companies like: Kavo, Ultradent, Dentsply, Ivoclar Vivadent and Midwest, to name a few, have allowed his creativity and expertise in the field to flourish. Staying up to date with dental advancements, he has also managed to publish numerous articles for various dental journals. Some of these journals include: Dentistry Today, the Journal of the American Dental Association and Practical Periodontics and Esthetics.
